# Manage Requests and Templates

When you have access to the esignature function, you can also manage sent requests and templates.

Note

Unless you are an admin, you can only see your own requests, your own templates, and enabled templates from other users of your site.

# Requests

The request list shows previously made reuqests. This can be accessed from the Quick Tools button (left side in DF web) or user menu (top right in DDC).

A request can be in these states:

  • Pending - waiting for recipients to complete.
  • Signed - all recipients have completed their part.
  • Declined - one recipient has declined this request (cannot be completed anymore).
  • Cancelled - sender has cancelled this request (cannot be completed anymore).

From the request list you can click on the document name to open the detailed view, which shows the document and completion status of each recipient.

If you are an admin you can use the All senders toggle to see requests made by other users on the site.

# Templates

The templates view can be accessed from the Quick Tools button (left side in DF web) from the top left button while in the request list view.

If a template is Enabled, it means you or others can use it as a starting place for a request with pre-defined file and fields. Click on the template name link to see its details.
