My Profile

This tool allows you to edit your Docufree user profile.

• The Personal info section allows you to change the name and title of your account.

Note

The account name used to login to Docufree cannot be changed.

• The Notification options section controls whether Docufree will send emails to your account for certain actions.

  • Send link - If checked you will receive email when another Docufree user has sent you a link to a file.

  • Routing/Workflow - If checked you will receive email when another Docufree user has routed documents to your Docufree inbox or a workflow task is assigned to you.

• The Default quick search specifies the search filters when you begin a new Quick Search.

• The Capture options sets the initial tab when you go into Capture Center.

• The Account section allows you to change the password if the account is a local account. If you are using a single sign-on account you will see what external provider the account is connected with.
